Printing Tips:

• A Bluetooth thermal printer supporting ESC/POS commands is essential and must be initially paired with your mobile device. Please note that Paperang or PeriPage printers are not compatible due to manufacturer proprietary restrictions.
• If you encounter issues such as prints not completing or extended strips of nonsensical text, consider activating image slicing and adjusting the buffer overflow delay in the app's printer settings.
• To address excessive white horizontal lines, disable image slicing, reduce the buffer overflow delay time, and explore the printer's computer drivers for options to enhance the Bluetooth baud rate.
• In cases of distorted or narrow prints, ensure that the pixel width setting aligns with the printer's specifications; typically 58mm printers utilize 384 dots per line, while 80mm printers require 576 dots per line.
• Most printers offer PC software for customizing print speed, density, and other parameters via a USB link. Whenever feasible, activate Bluetooth 4 and boost the baud rate for improved performance. Reference the printer's manual for detailed guidance.
